-A message to Coach Bean

Not every day is a good day and that’s normal.
Here are some easy ways to feel better
1. Exercise or take a walk in nature
2. Take a nap or talk with someone
3. Listen to uplifting music or dance.
4. Breath slowly and deeply. Just pause.
5. Help someone else/volunteerism
Find the healthy coping techniques that work for you! Because bad moods and hard times pass but drug addiction and alcoholism can last a lifetime. #RedRibbonWeek
