🥎🏆Softball America and Rule42 have published their final rankings for the Class of 2028. Broken Bow’s Khloe Williams is recognized as the #16 player nationally, earning a 5-star rating. She is ranked as the #2 Corner Infielder (CI) in the nation and holds the title of #1 CI in the State of Oklahoma.

🥎Jaylen Cauthron had three hits and scored three runs in Broken Bow's dominating victory over Idabel on Monday. Tyson Woolsey drove in three runs at the plate and pitched a two-hit shutout in the circle as Savage Softball (8-0) cruised to their eighth straight win to open the 2026 season.
In their eight games so far this season, Broken Bow has outscored their opponents 94 to 16.

🥎 UNDEFEATED! Broken Bow Savage Softball improved to 7-0 with two more wins over a pair of Class 6A opponents in Saturday action at the Broken Arrow Softball Festival!
Game 1: Broken Bow 11, Owasso 3 — Mylee Williams went 3-for-4 with a home run, and Khloe Williams also went deep. Jaylen Cauthron led the offense going 4-for-4. Tyson Woolsey earned the win, Kash Goss closed it out. Twelve hits, zero errors.
Game 2: Broken Bow 14, Edmond North 2 — Emily Hawthorn drove in 3, Kirra Wilkins, Tyson Woolsey, and Jaylen Cauthron each had 2 hits. The Lady Savages stole 7 bases and drew 5 walks. Woolsey picked up another win, Goss shut the door in relief.

Game 1: Broken Bow 10, Norman North 0 — Khloe Williams went 3-for-3 with two triples, Tyson Woolsey pitched three scoreless innings for the win.
Game 2: Broken Bow 7, Coweta 6 — Down 6-1 early, Savage Softball battled back and Khloe Williams delivered a walk-off two-run homer for the win. Williams finished with 3 RBIs; Jaylen Cauthron and Emily Hawthorn each added two hits.

🥎Savage Softball (3-0) combined to score 26 runs on 29 hits on their way to a dominant sweep of district-rival Sallisaw in an important early-season doubleheader. Tyson Woolsey and Khloe Williams each blasted a pair of home runs to lead the Savage bats. Woolsey got both wins in the circle to improve to 3-0 on the young season.
Up Next: The Broken Arrow Festival on Friday (8/14) and Saturday (8/15).

🥎Savage Softball launched their 2026 varsity campaign with a convincing 8-0 win over Muldrow on Monday. Broken Bow banged out 14 hits and took advantage of some critical throwing errors by the Lady Bulldogs to seize control of the game early. Senior ace Tyson Woolsey handcuffed Muldrow to just three hits in the seven-inning shutout.
Broken Bow is back in action on Tuesday with a district doubleheader against Sallisaw. First pitch is at 3:00 pm.

-BBHS Freshmen will pick up their schedules at Freshman Orientation on Tuesday, August 11, at 6:00 p.m, and discuss schedule changes during their English classes on the 2nd day of school.
