Mrs. Hutching’s class is enjoying apple sundaes and Mrs. Cannady’s class is having an apple tasting to see if they can tell the difference between yellow, green, and red apples! The main lesson of the story and books about Johnny Appleseed (John Chapman) is that small acts of kindness, generosity and care for nature can leave a lasting, positive legacy for generations.
