🍎Hey Broken Bow Community! I’m Logan Lindley, and I am READY to join the Broken Bow team as the new BBHS Slow Pitch Softball Coach, BBHS Assistant Boys Basketball Coach and PE Teacher/Coach for 3rd to 5th graders at Bennett Elementary!
I hail from Wright City and I bring 10 years of teaching experience to the table, including my time as the Head Boys Basketball Coach at DeQueen Schools.
I graduated from Oklahoma State University (Go Pokes!) and sports have always been a significant part of my life. I’m here to help our young athletes improve their skills, build teamwork, and develop a love for the game.
This year we'll work with our students on their athletic abilities and create a positive, competitive environment. Let’s gear up for a fantastic season and LET'S GO BROKEN BOW! 💪

🍎Hello! My name is Brooke Hadley, and I’m so excited to be starting my first year as a music teacher.
My husband, Mitchel, and I live with our two adorable weenie dogs who always keep us on our toes!
When I’m not making music, I love spending quality time with family and friends. I’ve always had a passion for music and feel incredibly grateful for the opportunity to share that with my students.
I’m looking forward to a fun, inspiring year full of learning, creativity and, of course, lots of music! 🖤💛

🎓ATTENTION SENIORS

🍎Hello! My name is Misti Lyles, and I am excited to join the team as the new art teacher! I began my teaching journey in the fall of 1986, and over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with many wonderful people and teaching a diverse array of students. Teaching has truly been a rewarding career for me.
After retiring in 2015 to open a local bicycle shop with my husband, we sadly had to close it in the fall of 2020. During that time, I wrote a children’s book titled “Murry in a Hurry” and managed an office at the hospital. However, I quickly realized that I needed to return to the job that God designed me for—teaching! I came back to the classroom three years ago, and coming to teach in Broken Bow Schools feels like coming home.
My husband and I are proud parents of four hardworking children and have nine precious grandchildren, whom we love spending time with. We attend First Baptist Church in Idabel, where my husband manages sound, and I sing with the praise team. In my free time, I enjoy long motorcycle trips, challenging bicycle rides, quiet moments reading my Bible, and listening for new birds with my Merlin App.
I look forward to a fantastic year filled with creativity, inspiration, and lots of fun in the art room!

🍎Hello! My name is Mecca Wortham, and I am thrilled to introduce myself as the new 3rd grade teacher here at Bennett Elementary for Broken Bow Public Schools!
I hold a Bachelor of Elementary Education from SOSU and have been a certified teacher for 16 wonderful years—spending 5 of those years as a substitute while pursuing my degree.
Originally from Houston, Texas, and raised in Dallas, I’m excited to bring my passion for teaching to this vibrant community. I’ve been happily married to my amazing husband for 24 years, and together, we are the proud parents of four wonderful children and the delighted grandparents of three lovely grandchildren, with one more on the way!
In my free time, I love cycling, cooking, and nurturing my faith. I can’t wait to meet all of my new students and their families, and I look forward to a fantastic year filled with learning, growth, and lots of fun!
