Bennett Elementary, Rector Johnson Middle School and Broken Bow High School offices will be closed the remainder of this week to allow for their Office staff to attend necessary annual training. Help with questions regarding online enrollment in those buildings will resume on Monday, July 29th.

📢BBHS will have Freshman orientation on... 📍Tuesday, August 6, at 6:00 in the BBHS Jinkins Auditorium. Principals Mr. McGee and Mr. Hunkapillar will talk briefly with the parents about procedures while Student Council members take incoming Freshmen on a campus tour. See you there!

📢Attention PARENTS of NEW RJMS students (6th grade parents and any NEW 7th and 8th grade parents): Rector Johnson Middle School will be hosting our 📍Parent Orientation on Monday, August 5th, at 6:30 PM. It will be held at the Middle School Cafeteria. We look forward to seeing you and strongly suggest that only the parents/guardians attend as the focus is on parent-school communications and school information. Students will have their own orientation during the first day of school on August 8th.

BBHS will be utilizing Minga, a digital hall pass system, for the 2024-2025 school year. Students will utilize their Chromebook to request a hall pass, and will be expected to have a hall pass anytime they need to leave a classroom. Savages, let's do lunch! And breakfast. And an afternoon snack! 🍽️ All students enrolled at Broken Bow Public Schools are eligible to receive a healthy breakfast, lunch and third meal at school at no charge this school year. This is possible thanks to the Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) of the National School Lunch and School Breakfast Programs, according to Broken Bow's Brenda Moore. This institution is an equal opportunity provider and we are so grateful to be able to serve free meals (three times a day) to all our students this year! School begins August 8th.

🍎❤️WELCOME TO OUR TEAM "Hello, I'm Todd Sharp. After 25 years in the corporate world I am making a huge career change. My days of traveling around the world are behind me and a new focus on family and community has begun. I could not be more excited than I am to join the BBHS staff and begin investing in the lives of young adults. I am married to Kristen Sharp who is also a member of the BBISD team as a teacher at Bennett Elementary and I have four beautiful daughters, Karsyn, Kaitlyn, Allison, and Reagan. I am also the proud Grandfather of three granddaughters Anistyn, Adelyn, and Ardyn. I grew up just across the state line in Foreman, AR and it has been my goal to move closer to home for several years. We were able to make that dream our reality in 2020, purchasing a small farm in Broken Bow where we raise Quarter Horses, Black Angus Cattle and Australian Cattle Dogs. The Broken Bow Ag department made an immediate impact on our lives offering an avenue for my daughter Allison to find her footing as a 10th grader attending a new school. The guidance provided by the Ag Department and participation in FFA events played a vital role in her journey to OSU where she is a sophomore in their Veterinary Science program. My youngest daughter Reagan is currently an active member of the BB FFA chapter and gained confidence and life skills experience during her freshman year. I am honored to have the opportunity to work alongside the outstanding educators in the BBISD and pray that I can make a positive impact on the lives of the young adults that I have been entrusted to serve."
