"As a proud Broken Bow School Alumnus, I am happy to support the upcoming bond. My family has a long history of supporting Broken Bow schools. My mom, who graduated from BBHS in 1940, worked for the Broken Bow School District for 38 years. She donated her last paycheck to help purchase a sign that was in front of the high school. My 3 children were graduates of Broken Bow Public Schools, as well as 2 of my grandchildren, making them 4th generation Savages!
Besides being extremely proud of our Savage tradition, I can see the need for the proposed bond projects. Having students cross the increasingly busy highway to get to the gym seems very dangerous. My daughter, who taught at Bennett Elementary noted that besides the safety benefits, removing the elementary from the main road would also help increase students’ focus, as the sirens that go back and forth are distracting.
Not only will this bond build a brand new elementary for our students, but it will provide much needed improvements to our football stadium! I have spent many Friday nights at our historic rock stadium. The traditions of that stadium run deep. I am happy to know that we will be able to keep those traditions while updating the stadium, so it will be around for many future generations. Upgrading the bathrooms, seating, concession stands and the field will help ensure the fans and students get to enjoy the Broken Bow Friday night lights for years to come!
Knowing that this bond will increase the safety of the school while continuing to uphold our proud Savage traditions makes it an easy decision to support it!"

Hello everyone,
Our names are Jimmy & Debbie Jeter. We both grew up in Broken Bow and are glad to be a part of this great community. We are alumni of the 1970 class.
Debbie and I were married in 1971 and raised two beautiful Daughters here in Broken Bow.
Traci the class of 1990, and Jennifer the class of 1994. Two of our grandchildren Lexy and Jacob Brumley, and soon our 4 great grandchildren will be “Little Savages”as well.
Most of our families and friends are proud Savage fans, we would ask for your support for the upcoming bond projects to expand our awesome schools under the leadership of Ms.Ellisor. Our students are blessed and privileged to be a part of this environment.
Our prayer is for the next generations of students to have a safe and healthy school system like we grew up with.
Thank you all for your consideration,
God Bless.
