🍎 Hello Savage Family! I am Johnna Hadley. I’m excited to join the team at Bennett as the new Special Education teacher!
Originally from Eagletown, I graduated from Eagletown High School and went on to earn my degree in Elementary Education from Southeastern Oklahoma State University. This year marks my 14th in education, with experience teaching students from first through eighth grade.
As an educator, my goal is to help students grow into the best version of themselves—both in and out of the classroom.
When I’m not teaching, I love spending time with my family and friends, especially making memories with my son, Ledger.
We're going to be #BrilliantAtBennett ✨

Broken Bow FFA Officer Retreat
Our Officer Team just wrapped up an incredible few days of growth, planning, and teamwork! They spent time learning more about themselves, building stronger connections with one another, and mapping out our Program of Activities for the year ahead.
The result? Fresh, exciting ideas to make this year’s events bigger and better than ever — and meaningful plans to serve our chapter and community in new ways.
A highlight of the retreat was collaborating with the Jenks FFA Chapter, sharing ideas and inspiration to help make this school year one to remember!

🍎Hey there 👋🏼 My name is Blaize Bothe and I am your new 7th grade English teacher at RJMS! This is not entirely new to me as I have been teaching English to middle schoolers for eight years!
I attended the University of Central Oklahoma, earning an M.A. in English.
Although I did not set out to become an educator, I quickly realized that a classroom is where I belong.
My favorite part of being a teacher is the daily wins with students; seeing a young person’s eyes ignite with understanding for the first time is what keeps me coming back year after year.
When I’m not on campus, you can find me hanging out with my dogs, riding my skateboard, or completing my wife’s “honey-do” list.

Summer Pride workouts are coming to an end and our Savages are preparing to begin practices for the upcoming season opener against McAlester just three weeks away.
This week, five players are recognized by the coaching staff as examples of the Broken Bow Way. Jaxson Price, Jolson Goss, Ty'Zaun Murphy, Christian Farley and Brody Tehauno are our Savages of the week!
Please help us congratulate and encourage these young men to continue leading by example. Our future is Savage Strong!

🍎Hello, I’m Sara Lappin and I’m honored to join RJMS as the new 7th grade science teacher!
I bring to our team four years experience in science education, a bachelors degree from OSU and a masters in Education from ECU. I am committed to creating a positive, engaging learning environment where every student can thrive. I look forward to partnering with students, families, and the school community to make this a successful year.
I have a son that will be in middle school and my husband is a proud SAVAGE alumni. My family and I are excited to join the Savage family!

Perfect weather for the Annual Sr. Float Trip!🛶

🍎Hi everyone! I’m Kylie Williams and I am so excited to be joining the Bennett Elementary family as a 3rd grade teacher!
For the past four years, I’ve had the privilege of teaching 4th grade, and I’ve truly loved every minute of it. Being a teacher is more than just a job for me, it’s a calling and a passion. I love watching students grow, helping them discover their strengths, and being part of their journey every step of the way.
Outside of the classroom, I enjoy spending quality time with my wonderful husband and our sweet son, who keeps life fun and full of energy. I’m also a proud Christian and strive to lead with kindness, patience, and love in everything I do.
I can’t wait for a great year ahead at Bennett Elementary! See you soon!

👟You’re invited to join us to get the new school year off on the right foot!
This Sunday, August 10, we will be having a “Prayer Walk” starting at 6:00.
We'll meet in the main entrance at BBHS and move to other campuses after some instruction.
