BBHS Culinary students brought the heat to the kitchen today with a classic Southern favorite—biscuits and gravy! From mixing and rolling out buttery, flaky biscuits to whipping up a rich, savory sausage gravy from scratch, these students put their skills to the test and nailed it! Not only did they get to enjoy a delicious homemade meal, but they also learned valuable life skills that will serve them well beyond the classroom. Cooking from scratch isn’t just about great food—it’s about confidence, creativity, and independence in the kitchen. Each student made their own predictions then watched the video of Punxsutawney Phil. By the way, Phil did see his shadow. Six more weeks of winter!
