🎓Broken Bow High School is proud to present the Class of 2024 Honor Graduates!

In preparation for Area competition, the Broken Bow Savage quizbowl team had another student vs. teacher game this past Thursday. It was a lot of fun and good practice, and we want to give a huge shout-out to Mrs. Sisco and Mrs. Martin for playing with us, Mrs. Hanks for reading for us, and Mr. and Mrs. Ward for always being there to support us.

🎶Broken Bow had 6 students selected to participate in the OkCDA Junior High All-State #Choirs in Oklahoma City.
The students began their festival with a final audition before rehearsing Thursday evening and all day Friday.
Friday night, they got some free time to go eat as many rolls as possible at Texas Roadhouse and then delicious dessert at Pinkitzel.
To conclude their festival, they performed at their concert Saturday afternoon. It was an extremely fun (and very cold) weekend and these kids walked away with an awesome learning experience and memories for a lifetime!
Students Selected:
Khloe Browne
Taylee Burris
Mackila Dansby
Drew Goodno
Masson Mario
Reagan Sharp

District Wrestling for tomorrow at Fort Gibson has been rescheduled for Monday, January 22nd. Weigh in @12:30 pm. Wrestling begins @ 2:00 pm.

Three ways to be of service to others
1. Offer your expertise: Share your knowledge and skills with others to help them solve problems or achieve their goals. This could involve providing advice, guidance, or teaching others how to do something.
2. Volunteer your time: Find opportunities to give back to your community by volunteering for organizations or causes that align with your values. This could involve helping out at a local shelter, participating in community clean-up projects, or assisting with fundraising events.
3. Support others emotionally: Be there for friends, family, or colleagues when they need someone to talk to or lean on. Offer a listening ear, provide words of encouragement, and help them navigate difficult situations. Sometimes, all someone needs is someone to be there for them and offer emotional support.

Mrs. Wheeler has been teaching for 10 years. She is wild about seeing how much her students grow both as a person and as a student during their fourth grade year. Mrs. Wheeler’s most wild teacher snack is chocolate. #Bennett
