🥎 DISTRICT 4A-6 SHOWDOWN 🥎
We are halfway through the season and Savage Softball (14-2, 7-0) travels to Poteau today to take on the Lady Pirates (11-4, 6-1) in what could be the biggest game of the district season.
Broken Bow sits alone at the top, undefeated in district play. Poteau is the lone team close behind. A Savage win opens up a two-game lead with four games remaining. If the Pirates hope to steal the gold away, this game is a must-win home game to even the race.
📅 Tuesday, September 1
⏰ 5:00 PM
📍 Poteau, OK
Come support your Lady Savages as they battle for the district crown! 🖤💛

In the Tech Education program at Rector Johnson Middle School, students are engaged in an innovative project focused on designing and creating prototypes for foot orthotics. These orthotics are specifically aimed at assisting children with cystic fibrosis (CF) in developing proper walking techniques. This initiative is led by Mr. O’Gorman, the new Tech Education Instructor, who is facilitating this hands-on learning experience for the students. Through this project, students not only apply their technical skills but also gain insight into the importance of supportive devices in enhancing mobility and overall quality of life for children facing health challenges.
