Welcome to the middle school library website.  This is my first year as an LMS at Rector Johnson Middle School. I am so excited to begin! We are going to have a wonderful year full of great reads! 

This is my 13th year in education. I have taught ELA and social studies, mostly at the middle school level. I have always loved reading, and it is my desire to share my love for reading with my students. I believe that learning to read and comprehend text is one of the most important skills that our students can learn. I hope to help them be successful readers as well as develop a life long enjoyment of reading.
