Active Shooter Response Training
The Oklahoma School Security Institute will be providing training to The staff of Broken Bow Public Schools concerning School Response to Active Assailants. Training description: CLEET Course 14-1031
This course is designed to train education professionals (administration, faculty, and staff) to properly prepare and respond to an active shooter attack on their campus. School Resource Officers are welcome to participant and elements of the school's emergency operation plan are performed. Full-Scale and Tabletop exercises can be combined with this course and can incorporate local emergency management, law enforcement, and first responders. Parents and community members are invited to attend. The training is Thursday, August 9, at 12:30 pm in the Jinkins Auditorium at Broken Bow High School.
