Broken Bow Savages Spirit Bell
Dear Savage Fans,
The Broken Bow Spirit Bell Project is being sponsored by the Savage Football Team. This fundraising activity will be used to support the football program by providing funding for equipment, meals, and other items necessary to ensure the success of the program.
The Spirit Bell will be approximately 24 inches in diameter and will be placed atop a column approximately six feet tall. The column will be constructed of commemorative bricks that honor and recognize loved ones. These laser engraved bricks will be sold to the public for $100 each. We anticipate that we will need close to 200 bricks to complete this memorable project.
Although this is a fundraiser to benefit the football team, it is also an opportunity to recognize all students, both past and present, who walked the halls of Broken Bow High School. Examples of commemorative bricks could include the following: in memory of a loved one, music, art, patriotism, cheer/dance, a graduating class, etc.
The Spirit Bell will be placed on the east end of Memorial Stadium where the players enter the field. It is anticipated that the Spirit Bell will ring as the players run on to the field before each football game and after each score. The bell will also be available for other school and community events held at the stadium.
To participate in this creative and worthy project, simply complete the order form to buy your brick(s) for the Broken Bow Spirit Bell Project. Our goal is to have this project completed by the spring semester.
