Hello once again Broken Bow! With every passing year, it seems like the school year passes more and more quickly - before you know it the leaves are turning and the weather is beginning to change. As things begin to change, BBHS continues to strive to create the greatest high school in Oklahoma. Our curriculum alignment meetings have taken place, and our teachers have completed the first 9 weeks equipped with the knowledge of specific areas needing improvement. We pride ourselves on improving to avoid becoming stagnant. Education must continue to change with the times so that our students are prepared to take on a global economy. Aware of our areas of weakness, we will continue to address them and equip our teachers with all the tools necessary for change. With winter comes another testing session in December. All students still needing EOI remediation will be given another opportunity to show proficiency in ACE mandated EOI tests. Although our pass rates are currently some of the best in Oklahoma, there is still room for improvement. At every turn, education is changing; these are very exciting times! As we are experiencing a total reconstruction of American schools, we welcome you to take part in this excitement with us, helping your student become everything he or she wants to become.
