Welcome to Rector Johnson Middle School. This is going to be an extremely productive and fun year. If you have any questions about after school tutoring, sports, electives, or your child's grades, feel free to contact me and we will set up a conference. I wish everybody a great year and hope you make memories to last a lifetime.
I would like to thank all patrons for supporting our bond issue in order to build a new classroom and facility for the multi-handicapped students. We are all very excited about this new addition and it will serve our students well while meeting state requirements.
The ground breaking has begun and we hope to get pictures in the paper.
Our students will be involved in the annual spelling bee March 10th.
Also RJMS is in the process of starting a STUDENT AMBASSADOR CLUB. These students will be our school representatives to welcome new students, welcome visitors and parents, show new students around our school, introduce them to other students, report on the atmosphere of the school and any problems our student body may encounter, take suggestions on how to make our school better, help form activities, and encourage others to be good citizens and role models.
