In October, all 8th graders took the EXPLORE Test. This test was developed by ACT as a “pre-test” to prepare students to take the ACT in high school as well as help students, parents and counselors learn more about the student. It contained a career interest inventory and four multiple-choice tests: English, Mathematics, Reading, and Science. Please join Ms. Jennings to find out about your student’s results. Meeting Date: Tuesday, January 17, 2012, from 6:00—7:00 p.m. in the Middle School Library.

After School Remediation for the 2nd semester will resume the second week of January and will meet from 3:15 p.m. until 4:15 p.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays. If the student lives in the city limits transportation will be provided, if you live outside city limits, parents must pick up the student.
